Donations

There are many ways to donate to the Giles County Historical Society:

• Donate to our General Operating Fund to help us pay for our day-to-day expenses like utilities, wages, and maintenance. Use your credit card with the button to the right or send a check or money order to our address below.
• Donate to the Barn Fund to help us raise funds to build a new museum building to feature agricultural equipment, a county visitors' center, rotating exhibit space, and a community gathering area ias well as much-needed storage space. Use your credit card with the button to the right or send a check or money order to our address below.
• Donate to honor a special person with a Memorial Contribution or "In Honor of" donation. Please send a check or money order to "Giles County Historical Society" at the address below and be sure to include the person's name who you would like to honor as well as their address so that we can let them know of the honor and your address so that we may thank you for your donation.
• Become a member of Giles County Historical Society. See the Museum Shop page to purchase membership via credit card or the membership form to pay by check.
• Donate your time as a volunteer. Contact us to ask how you can help.
• Donate items that tell the story of Giles County's wide and varied history. Please note that we will make a decision on whether to accept an item based on its condition, whether we have one already, space limitations, and if it will help us tell the story of Giles County's history. Please bring the object to the Museum or send us a photograph so that we can see the item and make an iformed decision.
• Donate items that help us do our job better. Examples include office, cleaning, and archival supplies. Contact us to find out how you can help.
